You need a little bit more roots on this lil guy. When it’s ready to root, buy a root simulation power and dip the roots in the powder. Then use in indoor plant soil.

I was really struggling getting roots and noticed I need to change the water almost daily for best results. This may help speed up the rooting process

it'll take a bit to adjust to soil but you can transplant with that many roots! I prefer to wait until my roots are growing roots if that makes sense! good luck!!

Personally, I think they grow quicker in water so I always wait to transfer to soil, hope this helps🥰
