Customers dont care about the logistics of how a restaurant/bar works You need to redirect this toward businesses & advocate for higher wages across the board The rest of the world pays livable wages

you should still tip the bartender the same as you would a server, bc at most places the bartender tips out a barback so you could be costing us bartenders money as well but I 100% agree

I bartended through college and one higher end bar I was at the servers had to tip 10 percent of liquor sales. I felt so bad 😭 but college is expensive 😅

I tip based on amount (table service). If I get a $50 steak instead of $20 burger that’s no difference to me than $50 tequila vs 1800.
