Sadly it is inevitable, started at 4 months. While you’re pregnant you really don’t lose anything. So you lose what you should have during that time. Comes back though so no worries.

My hair fell out before I even knew for sure I was pregnant. That’s how I knew I should test. Once you start taking vitamins you should be fine. Then keep taking them and you’ll be good

It doesn’t start till after you give birth try to breastfeed or pump as long as you can as soon as I stopped I lost my hair

if you're gonna have pp hair loss, no amount of topical hair products will help unfortunately. best thing to do is not overly stress about it because it usually goes away, just takes a while.

You can’t prevent postpartum hair loss if it’s going to happen 😂 it’s a hormone&genetic involved thing and can happen no matter what you do

You can’t prevent it fully, it occurs during the postpartum period. While some women lose more hair than others, it’s due to natural hormonal changes. It’s not as noticeable for me luckily
