I can do 60 push ups but only 3 chin ups and 1 pull up. What exercises do I need to focus on to get those numbers up

Yeah you fasho need to incorporate other back exercises, pull ups are goated but don’t work all the muscle groups. Compound lifts will only take you so far

pull ups for bodyweight, db row, lat pulldown, single cable pulldown for upper and middle back, deadlift for lowerback

Can’t do pulls up only if I put my feet on something to help me but I don’t feel it as I’m using my thighs to lift myself up more of a squat kind of thing than my back muscles
