As I work for the company. The old school drivers are making 100k + a year with lots of Overtime and extra on Holidays. pros local routes or few hours away routes and be home every night .more seniority more choice of schedule and routes you choice days off and vacations. One driver has 40 years only takes Oc to SD produce and works M-F . 100k weekends off . benefits and pension no longer hauls or overnights. Not bad at all

I guess walking like 5 to 6 miles a day is easy off loading like 30 pallets not sure if they start you off full time but Ralph's starts you off as a part timer

You have to realize this guy hauling basic and regular freight, the real money in trucking is hauling tankers and oversize loads more specialized work

Had an interview at La Mirada CA ,5 min into the interview I walked out.Seniority plays a big role at this Union, i said “dont waste my time offering 2 out of 3 days to be ONcall and quit my job😂
