As a lesbian who has dated bi women, I find it much worse if a woman would leave me for another woman 🤷🏻♀️I'm too gay to understand how she could leave me for a man and be happier with him 😂😅

This is the correct way to talk about it, too. Lots of lesbians say things like "bi girls always leave for men so I don't date them" which has a very different impact than acknowledging the insecurity
