@taylordawn35: 🔴Stuffed shells in the instant pot for dinner! -Saute white onion and garlic. -Brown the ground beef and season (I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning) -Filling- ricotta cheese, shredded Parmesan and mozzarella, one egg, Italian bread crumbs and same seasonings listed above -I pipe my filling into the shells and layer them face down on the cooked meat. I do not cook shells a head of time.
