I used to do this too. Turned out I had a severe case of untreated sleep apnea. Please get him to do a sleep study he will feel so much better.

Man here - I say the same thing, because I feel like I am awake and I’m so confused when my wife says I’m snoring. It must be the very lightest sleep but it’s weird that I can’t hear myself snore

as a wife with a husband with severe sleep apnea. that was a sign and I didn't realize it. he was gonna have a heart attack by 40 and 💀. get your man tested ASAP!!!

Before I got my cpap (I have severe sleep apnea) I apparently could be snoring so loud but be aware of the slightest sounds (except my snoring). It’s the weirdest thing but it’s real!
