@healthy_floflo: 🧡🍞4 ingredients lentil bread @healthy_floflo Reasons to love this recipe: ✅ gluten free ✅ easy to make ✅ lentils are a great source of protein and fibre ✅ no yeast ✅ budget friendly ✅ only 4 simple ingredients Ingredients for ~10-12 slices: ▪️400g red lentils (from dry) ▪️2 tbsp baking powder ▪️60ml oil ▪️5g salt Instructions: 🍞the night before, add the lentils to a bowl and add water in it so the lentils are completely submerged. Leave it to soak overnight. 🍞Rinse the lentils well under water, use a sieve. Let the water drain completely. Make sure to remove the water completely. 🍞 Once all the water has drained off, add the lentil into the large bowl of @Magimixuk food processor (mine is 3200XL), it takes second with this machine ✨ Then add oil, baking powder and salt. 🍞Blitz, scrape the sides with a spatula if necessary and blitz again. When you reach the consistency you see in the video, transfer the lentil mix into a baking tin (with baking paper in it). I added a sprinkle of sesame seeds too, but this is optional. 🍞Bake at 180C for 55mins to 1 hour. Once it is ready transfer the bread onto a cooling rack and let it cool down. I used this bread almost every day the past weeks, I love it! I hope you will too. 🌟Tip: I love to bake a slice of my lentil bread into the air fryer for 5-6mins at 180C, I think it taste even better and it makes a little flavoursome crust which I think is taste so unique! ❄️Storage: Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days/ a week. It freeze well: defrost at room temperature and when you are ready to eat it I would recommend popping in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes👌🏼 As you probably have noticed I've teamed up with @magimixuk and I'm so excited about it! Three years ago, I bought a Magimix food processor and have used it almost every day since. It felt like a big splurge at the time, but it was totally worth it! It's made cooking so much easier and opened up so many new recipes for me, like this lentil bread.

made it. but there must be some incorrect info in the recipe.. cos 2 tbsp of baking powder is a lot.. unless u meant tsp. I put tbsp and it's made the loaf very tangy.. u can taste the baking powder in every bite
