You have be tested up the hospital for high cortisol. a doctor can't just look at you and say it's high. my vit d is through the roof and I have high cortisol.

You need to have a very specific test first cortisol and requires a blood or saliva test at certain times of the day. No GP would diagnose high cortisol just looking at you

vit d helps but diet and training method is vital also water intake calcium is great and potassium salts raw sea salt vit d on its own isn't enough
