I remember hearing a thing about falling asleep watching TV is easier because your brain is focusing on one thing but trying to fall asleep without anything to focus on makes your brain think about1/2

I have ADHD , and there is one whey that I can fall asleep 😴 and it is by looking at a very boring movie or tv show and as soon as I feel very sleepy I turn it off.
