Get your own here: https://da.philips/tommyTT Recipe Serves 2 adults + 2 littles Nem Nướng patties 500g pork mince 8 garlic cloves finely minced 1/4 purple onion finely chopped 2 tbsp white sugar 2 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tsp fish sauce 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp neutral oil (for forming patties) Pickled Carrots (optional but recommended) 2 carrots grated and pickled in the below 1/2 cup White Vinegar 1/4 cup Hot Water 1/4 cup Sugar For assembly 6 brioche buns or mini Vietnamese baguettes 2 Lebanese cucumbers sliced 1 bunch coriander, cleaned and stemmed 6 stems of spring onion roughly chopped pickled carrots (optional) 4 Birdseye chilli finely sliced Kewpie mayonnaise Maggi sauce (optional) ^ mix nem nuong patty ingredients in a large bowl until evenly combined, add oil to hands and form patties (4 larger patties and 4 smaller ones for the kids) ^ if you’re saving these for later, chuck the patties into a large ziplock bag with baking paper square in between the patties to keep them separated ^ place the buns on one drawer of the Airfryer for 5 mins on 180 degrees and the nem nuong patties into the other drawer of your Airfryer for 200 degrees for 15-20mins or until nicely caramelised and golden ^ place your nem nuong patties, buns and other ingredients onto the table for assembly ^to assemble, place a nem nuong patty onto a bun, add spring onions, pickled carrot, coriander, chilli, cucumber and kewpie mayo ^enjoy #philipsfoodiefamily #philips3000series #philipsdualbasket #philipshomeliving #paidpartnership
