@_cookwithmi: Forgot the peas but pls add and try the BEST Cottage Pie recipe: (Serves 5-6) - 1kg beef mince - 1 TBSP olive oil - 2 onions - 6 cloves garlic - 2 carrots - 1 cup peas - 1 TBSP fresh thyme - 1 pack cottage pie mix - 2 beef stock cubes - 1 TBSP ketchup - 1 TBSP Worcesters sauce - 2 TBSP gravy granules - 1 cup water (add more if desired) - 10 medium potatoes - Knob of butter / as much as you like - Splash of milk - Salt - Pepper - Cheddar cheese 1. In a large pan add oil, onion, garlic and carrots, cook for a few minutes until just softened 2. Add in beef mince and season with salt and pepper, cook until browned 3. Add the cottage pie mix, stock cubes, thyme, ketchup, gravy granules, Worcester’s sauce and water. Simmer until desired thickness (20 mins) add salt and pepper to taste 4. Peel and boil potatoes for 15 mins or until cooked. Drain and mash, add butter and milk and season well with salt and pepper 5. Add the mince to a large baking dish and top with mashed potatoes, smooth over with a spoon and cover with cheddar cheese 6.
