The handwriting font of diary of a wimpy kid helped me read it so easily when I was a kid. Looking at normal print fonts, it all looks the same but with handwriting font it’s easier to stay interested

YES!!! My son has ADHD and always tests poorly on reading and comprehension. He “passes” but it’s always very low ‘passing’.

In first grade my teacher told me I was too stupid to teach and refused to teach me give me paper to learn and I wasn't allowed to look at the board while she was teaching.

I had a teacher that made us count all the words on a page and multiply that by the amount of pages to see how much our vocab would increase

For comics I reccommend The Dark Knight, Camelot 3000, Bone. I had thiugh of doing a disettstikn on comivs in tge class. I also encourage scifi and fantasy.

my son STRUGGLED with reading up until we found wings of fire. He's obsessed and I love that he's excited to find out what's different in the next book. Graphic novels are fantabulous. ❤️🙏
