Vegetarian grape leaves 🍃! Perfect for all seasons.   Recipe  Soak and wash   1 c jasmine rice  1 c parboiled rice   2 c chopped parsley  2 c tomatoes  1 green onion  1 tbsp salt  1 tsp citric acid  1/4 c olive oil  1 tsp pomegranate molasses  Mix the stuffing together it may need more lemon salt and olive oil give it a taste. You wanted to be super flavorful before stuffing your leaves.   Stuff your grape leaves and reserve the juices from the rice mixture that will go into the pot as extra flavor.   Layer the bottom of your pot with some potatoes and carrots and then in a crisscross formation place your grape leaves into the pots then cover with a plates. Press the plate down with something heat safe like a second pot. This will prevent your leaves from bursting open while cooking.  In a 2 quart container add about 4 c of water with 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of citric acid. You can also add a little bit of pomegranate molasses mix together and add to the pot. Make sure your grape leaves are completely covered 1 inch above the leaves with the liquid.   Bring your pot to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes to an hour❤️. Allow your grape leaves to cool before straining the liquid than doing the flip. Vegetarian grape leaves are an excellent cold meal.
