the way some customers don't understand how store policy works jesus, it's not like he doesn't know but where i worked managers were the ones who had to give refunds and we couldn't give one ourselves

It’s possible. I’m retail manager and my associates know how to deal with refunds but will always ask me or the other manager before doing them cuz they’ve been taken advantage of in the past.
