@pov_husband: The challenges of owning a restaurant is the repairs and maintenance. I was originally quoted $9,000 for this fix to install a new evaporator coil and compressor unit for walkin cooler - the one I had was too old for repairs. I knew the compressor was still good so I kept asking around until I found someone to do the evaporator coil only for $3,700 (parts+labor). That's the cost of two Samsung fridges. In this industry you have to pay to play.

omg we took over an old subway and the walk in cooler kept breaking. it was costing more to repair so many times that we had to demolish it and get a commercial reach in fridge. a nightmare
