Completely dead it wouldn’t have turned over. But I do have one and it will turn a 15L over when voltage is to low to start but will spin over 1 or 2 times

turn the key to the off position and try again.... the volvod n kws in my yard you try to start and the stop but try again with out going back to off the truck won't start
