@kerithblakney: My right leg is half an inch bigger than my left… This is how im fixing it! I have 2 leg workouts every 8-9 days First leg workout is heavy exercises both legs together(most beneficial for maximal growth) Second leg day is all uni-lateral exercises(not doing more volume on the small leg, but simply making sure my left leg is working just as hard) Do this by always starting with the smaller/weaker limb, going to failure and then doing the exact same on the stronger/bigger side Like & follow to be your best physical self #musclebuilding #gymtips #muscleimbalance #fitnesscoach
