I mean I work for Spark in the retail sales side and I genuinely can’t grasp some of those charge breakdowns. Static IPs are like $15p/m and no plan but being billed? I wish I answered his call lol

I had some issues with my phone provider and the guy in the shop gifted me some items. Then when I went looking for a new phone plan a year or so later they said oh you are still on a contract.
