Eeeii, you don't know what she adding but you say salt.. It's fresh blended tomatoes and salt on the first day then after some days you add corn flour, that's what sucks up the water and thicken it..

Not in Ghana It wl be full of dust,birds toilet & people's saliva In Ghana, it's best u boil +beetroot to give that colour cos our tomatoes are kwashiorkor not red like that
