I also dropped mine only once and the cap popped off! I just took the spring out and put the cap back on! It doesn’t spring open but it holds water the same and works fine!

As a clumsy person with this exact owala I have never had this experience. Mine has survived multiple drops on the cement and only gotten a scratch and a dent. Even dropped it on the lid once&it works

I found this out the hard way 😂 they do go back on but it’s so hard. You have to take the lock and the cover apart and put the lock on first and then the cover if that makes sense. It’s not easy!

Yours looks like it can be fixed. Both mine I just hold the handle long enough and it breaks?? Also a piece comes off so I can’t ever actually fix it at all
