I feel what she says, I work in a children’s hospital and seeing those kids struggling brings tears to my eyes while I’m at work. It’s so difficult.

i think we have it easier to an extent - we may see more traumatic jobs but hospice staff/paediatric/EOLC etc for example see prolonged suffering etc.

I'm a call handler for the ambulance service and the strength it takes to get through some of the calls without breaking down is the hardest thing I've ever had to learn to do 💔
