@aariadnas: although psychotic disorders like bp are so highly stigmasied, im pretty open with my diagnosis. it is so important to openly talk about things like this without harsh judgment and alienation. it was really tough feeling like something was wrong with me and not knowing what. the eyes are a small but tell tale sign of a manic episode, and for me are like a sort of warning sign. if you think you might have bp speak to a psych asap - receiving a diagnosis is the first step for recovery and the longer mental illness go on without treatment the more detrimental they can become. #bipolar #bipolar2 #MentalHealth #mentalhealthmatters
