I only don’t shake it if it’s right before a feeding cause of the bubbles, but if I’m just mixing it in to freeze, I’ll def shake

I think shaking it is bad only if you're going to feed the baby right after. I think its for the gas. I shake aggressively for every drop of fat lol

I’ve been shaking it!!!! My baby is 9 months also unless you’re shaking vigorously and continuously then that’s when it breaks up and basically turns into butter lol but keep shaking mama!
