yes. former heyvyweight strongman here. decent sleeves should come with a guide on the pack to measure your knee and then buy appropiately.

Try folding them in half before putting them on it’ll help! And put them over compression socks so it doesn’t stick!❤️

Gf roll them in half and use straps to pull them up.

turn them inside out. then get them up as far as you can like that and then flip them back the right way and it should put it right where you want it on your knees
