@melissfrances: Once I heard this audio I went & listened to this episode of Payton Sartain’s Note to Self Podcast. I loved how Payton actually broke down her dopamine menu: - appetizers (thing to do in 5-10 min) - entrées (45 mins or more) - sides (things to do or have while you’re doing things you don’t realkt like to do, kinda as an incentive) - dessert (your indulgences) Though I kept my post all mixed together I did make a broken down dopamine list in the notes app on my phone!
