The trick is to try to relax through it. Easier said than done! Relax your shoulders and jaw and it’ll help relax other places. 😉

Two unmedicated labors and my best advice is to work to breathe & relax your face thru any contractions or BH you have now. I pavloved myself into relaxing my face while uncomfortable & it helped!

Truly the transitional phase was the only bad part for me and it only lasted 20-30 minutes max! And I had Pitocin pushed past max. You got this!!
