people say they're busted but like, shields don't do more DPS than guns can, you can kill someone in the time they've thrown their shield and get it back.

Nah it’s because it’s busted. Always the same: OP items drop and are super broken and people say “it’s because you aren’t using the OP items!!” Believe it or not many of us don’t find broken items fun
