Everyone here saying that's cool, is just blessed with great temperature regulating bodies. Anything over 25°C & only some movement? I SWEAT. 27 °C or more? Dizziness & circulation problems all day.🙃

eh when i came back to the 🇵🇭 i asked my older cousins why are they wearing winter clothes even tho it’s so hot they replied “if we’re already sweating in short and tee-shirt might aswell sweat more

It's too true 😂 It's the humidity factor. You do start to get used to it. I'm now riding my bike in the middle of the afternoon, when at first I would be soaked through after walking a block🥵....

this was me in June, and they werent even in the peak heat weather yet 😂 humidity is brutal, I had to buy those special hydration drinks from pharmacy first time, and I've lived in Florida
