light year is a measurement of speed not time so a million light years is not the equivalent to a million years. couldn't tell you the equation to find out the time but i know he's wrong lol

If I understand correctly, it wasn’t light from directly after the Big Bang. For a while the universe was dense and filled with plasma, so light was constantly reflecting of it, but once it cooled 1)
