ketoconazole cream is great to use when you don’t really want to use shampoo on your face, i use it for my eyebrows ears and around my hairline when the flakiness arises

WHAT??? My whole life I’ve dealt with with this and thought my skin was dry but like, why just around my nose and in my eyebrows 😭. Ok question - can I still use tret after washing with this

I recently started using a new shampoo after yearssss of using head and shoulders and sure enough now I have crusty ears. Time to switch it up every couple of washes.
