most people should find a way to charge at home at the same time even in the streets they can follow the Chinese model where you do battery exchange in three minutes instead of charging fr hours

Well, true you have to remember that most of the charging is done at home so there is less of a need for chargers unlike your gas car

If I can choose between two EV charging stations, one with stores and one without, I am definitely choosing the one with, and spend some money there while I wait.

You have a charger at home, but not a gas station. You can also charge anywhere from a standard outlet, it’s slow but it’s available everywhere.

gas station can not be compared with ev chargers and that's due to lower utilisation for the DC chargers cuz basically you would own you ac charger at home

That is so misleading. That's new stations not total number of stations. Gas stations are heavily saturated and most areas.

The thing that people don't think about is that fast charging is supposed to only be meant for road trips. it's not supposed to be your main source. Sucks for people that don't have a dedicated space.
