@tampa_bre: STORY TIME: A series of unfortunate mistakes lead me to move to Boston for six months in my early 20s. Don’t get me wrong, Boston was fun but it didn’t come close to Florida living. Everything was fast paced and THE SUN WAS RARELY OUT. Lacking Vitamin D and pub subs, I made the decision to move back home. Here are some reasons I love Florida… 1. SUNSHINE (obvious, I know but you don’t realize how much you miss it when you’re up North) 2. THEME PARKS we are surrounded by some of the worlds best theme parks (in my opinion) and I will never take that for granted again 3. BEACHES another very obvious one. Boston has beaches but the water is -50 degrees and there’s no sand. 4. NO STATE INCOME TAX 🥹 5. PUBLIX you don’t realize how much you miss it until it’s gone 6. ALWAYS ON VACATION we have a much slower pace of living and everyone’s got a vacation mindset 7.
