Stalinsort: the array is sorted because anything that was out of order was eliminated. Or maybe that should be ThanosSort.

Actually the first one with timeout is pretty good stuff. I mean for a really really big arrays with small numbers beyond 100 it might be pretty fast. Even faster than other ones. I will take it)
