Speaking from experience I think if you don’t face your problems and take meds bc you don’t feel well you’ll get worse I used to take 4 pills a day. Just talking to a therapist they’ll throw you on -

went to my doctor for anxiety symptoms.they said my vit D levels were low and to go to psychiatrist. I kid you not the first 5 minutes there the lady was prescribing me SSRIS.

I have epilepsy and need my meds to keep my seizures under control. I eat clean, work out plenty, sleep good, hydrate plenty yet my seizures will trigger out of nowhere. I always pair my medication with your electrolytes though 💪 it's been helping a LOT

1)I’ve been prescribed meds I’m diagnosed a lot of things. I stopped taking my meds after someone dear to me passed away. Although I spiraled for a bit, I feel better than I did when I was on my meds.

They talk about OCD like it’s corky or a gimmick. It’s an incredibly crippling condition, it’s like cancer of the mind. I’m trying hard to manage without resorting to hopping on medications.

Got prescribed to ADHD meds at age 12. Developed OCD from it by age 14. Woke up to how horrible it was for me after 10 years and weaned myself off it. These meds should NEVER be taken. And I WILL say that with zero regards to anyone’s opinions. We all know it.

When I was 16 I got put on antidepressants. It just made me actually depressed and then I kept changing medications for 3 years and now I take nothing and feel the best I ever have.
