Yes, I wait until I feel like it’s wearing off. It varies with the length of time(14-18 days)depends on my activity level.Guessing more activity =higher metabolism of GLp1. I have lost 96 lbs.

Yes, I do a dose when I start to feel hungry. I try to go two weeks but if I'm feeling hungry at 10 days, I do it.
