I think OP needs to go to Therapy also so he can get proper counseling on how to handle the situation so he knows the right way to address her and go about helping her

I have dealt with ED myself. There is nothing OP could have said or done. He needs to talk remind her that if she is not healthy and she needs to be for their child.
