I feel bad for you, my mum is like half deaf in both ears and she wears hearing aids that Bluetooth to her phone so it's till going thru the hearing aids but it directly into her ear too

Idk what hearing aids you use but I use phonak with Roger and figured out how connect it to a landline bc I couldn’t hear on a landline for anything

Just a tip, most new cellphones these days have the option of having a second phone line on the same phone via eSIM. You could have a number clients can call on your cellphone and turn the line off

hey, theresa! I've made new client intake forms for some of my beautician friends. it helps bypass a lot of the back and forth, and it even requires them to upload pictures in order to submit the form

I so appreciate you and how far you have come. I was raised with the deaf and I'm in awe. My deaf grandmother raised her 2 daughters as a single mother in the 40's. I'm so proud of her strength.
