People mix up hamsters with guiniea pigs so much. They are only alike in the sense that they’re rodents and possibly a similar diet. Other than that they’re completely different

never had issues withy hamster not getting along. my female hated me though. she was B. my male was sweet though. never had hamster fights ever.

Only purebreed campells or winterwhite dwarfhamsters can be kept togheter if they are littermates😊 but mostly all hamsters are solitary animals!

i wouldn't say solitary, that is not very accurate, depending on the hamster specie most live in colonies, but they are very teritorial so you shouldn't house them together in a captive setting,

Syrian hamsters are extremely aggressive with each other so are solitary. Dwarf hamsters are certainly not solitary

I had a friend in like first grade who kept her and her brothers hamsters together and her brothers hamster ended up eating hers😐 they definitely should not be kept in pairs

Worked at petsmart back in 2018, they house hamsters together and one morning i came to work, went to check up on them in the quarantine tub… one hamster ate the other one’s leg.
