When I stay up way too late it’s like my body is telling me that if I never go to sleep tomorrow won’t come and I can just stay in this peaceful spot forever.

even though it’s just me and my wonderful husband, i still find myself panicking when i hear the front door opening. the anxiety is just engraved in me. unexpected footsteps in hallways trigger me too
