The nurses literally called those the cancer cloths in the NICU and told us not to use them under any circumstances! They were serious.

That looks like a regular tencel bathwipe that he’s using. The purple wipes are usually rougher, might take years to cause cancer. Ours have a warning on the manufactures label. They do make you itch
