In the same boat and I keep asking myself isn’t it too late for post partum depression? My baby is 11 months with severe food allergies and already went into anaphylaxis twice so I’m struggling ☹️

I’ve been there before. When I feel that way I make sure to make time for what makes me feel good outside of my role as a mom. Read, go for a walk alone, text a friend, make a meal I like or go out
