There should be two little clips down by the silver plate at the bottom. Flip both side at the same time and it will collapse

A lot of prams don’t fold down with the bassinet attachment, I know with my one I had to take the bassinet off than fold it down ☺️but should fold down easy with other seat! There should be two thing

Down were it says mountain buggy on both sides there are two latches u flick them down and slide the two black latches at the same time

to fold down the frame there are clips by the front wheels on the silver frame it will fold the frame down
