I was a KD at a small school as well. Sure we ranked based on values and such but we also ranked based on “fit” which is so subjective. I felt so icky every time rush came around.

when i recruited, i interpreted “good fit” as they were social and could make friends with actives regardless of commonalities. but i know most didn’t think of it as that.
