It will get better. Keep doing the exercises and moving the knee. Whew, this brings back memories. I’m 7 mos post op and I still have stiffness but no pain.

I am still feeling pain and stiffness after 20 months.i walk , exercise bike, and massage with castor oil..I don't think it was successful.

Is if fair to assume that you can’t be by yourself for at least the first couple of weeks? I think I may have to stay at a rehab facility. I live alone. But you are doing great

I had both knees done two yrs ago now have to go back and get the left done all over again due to misaligned knee more painful than it was before surgery

Did they give you a femoral nerve block? It made starting PT right after surgery so much easier because I didn’t feel anything.

It takes time, but it gets better. 5 yes out and I'm biking and going to gym 3 times a week. Stay strong.

I am 1 week in right TKR. My issue is at night. I’m really struggling to get comfortable and control pain at night. I feel pretty good during the day as long as I didn’t do too much.

🙏🏽🙏🏽 for a speedy recovery. I got to have knee replacement @ bone on bone the pain is unbearable , sometimes can barely walk.
