It comes out your wages mate for your paycheck if you earn over a certain amount you'll barely see it if you don't earn over a certain amount you don't have to pay anything back nowadays its hard to get a job and cost of living has gone up so many won't be earning over a certain amount to pay it back but you won't tell the uni students that
