@joyfulhomecooking: Zucchini Rose Cheese Tartlets Ingredients •1 package puff pastry, thawed •2-3 zucchini •1 package spreadable cheese of choice •Dried thyme leaves •Salt and pepper, to taste Ingredients: 1.Thinly slice the zucchini to about 1/8-inch thickness and boil for 5 minutes. 2.Roll out the puff pastry into a slightly larger rectangle than its original size. 3.Cut the dough into 6 strips lengthwise. 4.Spread one tablespoon of spreadable cheese along each strip. 5.Season with freshly cracked pepper and dried thyme leaves. 6.Take the zucchini slices and place them on each strip, allowing each slice to stick out above the pastry. 7.Gently roll each pastry strip up, starting from one end. 8.Place each roll into a muffin tin. 9.Brush each roll with an egg wash. 10.Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes. #fallrecipes #EasyRecipe
