My fixer upper was 630,000 in California and our mortgage is $4k a month. It’s definitely hard to complete projects with the small amount of leftover income. It’s crazy!

We don’t have the CASH for fixer uppers! I keep trying to tell my grandma this. I can afford the extra $100k on a mortgage, I can’t afford the $100k cash to replace the roof, pipes, electrical, etc.
