My 2YO gets one chance to have a quiet voice with this approach before I give her the consequence of removing her from whatever activity she’s doing, whether that’s bath time, being in a restaurant, being in a library, whatever it might me. This has worked so well to get my 2 YO to use a quiet voice in almost any situation!
